Zaib Naeem - Finance: Banking/Credit Services - National Australia Bank
Zaib Naeem is the Branch Manager of West Perth for the National Australian Bank with over a decade of experience in the banking industry. He is an expert financier who seeks to optimize operations at the branch by offering investment and insurance services, consultations and maintaining compliance with policies.
Zaib launched his career as a personal banking consultant in July 2000 and than went on to work as a personal banking advisor with ABN AMRO Bank, Karachi, Pakistan where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of 125 customers worth PKR 250 million and opened individual and SME deposit accounts that focused on premium clients.
He has also served as a team leader responsible for supervising a lending team of Personal Financial Consultants and managed an overdraft portfolio of PKR 3 Billion whereas the total portfolio of the country stood at PKR 5.5 Billion. Zaib's experience further encompasses working as the Unit Head of Investments and Insurance with Standard Chartered Bank in Lahore, Pakistan, as an IOOF Investment Management Ltd., and as Vice President with Citibank N.A., Karachi and Lahore, Pakistan.
He holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from the Institute of Business Management and holds a Masters of Applied Finance as well as an Associates Degree in Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis.
Zaib has completed several specialized courses within banking by Harvard Business School and Financial Planning by USA, GCG EMEA Anti Money Laundering by Citibank, Pakistan and Islamic Banking and Finance by Deposit and Financing Instruments, Intuition, USA. Zaib's special expertise as a financier and adept manager earned him an award in Excellence in Customer Service by Citibank, Pakistan as well.
